Our Mission
The BC Association Appraisal Institute of Canada responds to the rapidly changing
needs of clients, employers and society by representing, promoting and supporting
our members as leaders in the counseling, analysis and evaluation of real property.
Our Members
Members are employed in senior positions in corporations, small and medium-sized
firms, all levels of government, and in public practice firms serving individuals
and companies. As trusted professionals, our designated members represent the
highest standard of real property expertise. Their commitment to professionalism
makes BC Association Appraisal Institute of Canada members the preferred choice
for real estate analysis, consulting and appraisal services.
